Returns

Due to the personal nature of the products included in The Belly Birth Kit, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Our products are designed for personal postpartum care and, for hygiene and safety reasons, cannot be reused or resold once they have left our facility.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
